Hi. Most of you people here know me as Jazzi or Jazzy. Some of you know me as random things, like Fred. I don't care what you call me, honestly. As long as its not cruel. Because I'll have to send bob to eat you d: I'm a teenager. Meaning I have to sit with my door open or expect my mom to come barging in my room as she pleases. Great, right? Not really, but whatever. Its not like I have anything to be ashamed of... Anyways, I'm kind of different. Emotionally scar-ed, for one. Had quite a past, and not one very appropriate to be flaunting around PG sites. My family is screwed up. I'm getting my phone number changed, and I guess my mom is getting a court case against my dad so he can't talk to me. Yeah. Not fun. Uh, I'm a recovering scratch-er. Long story. I'm not always the happiest of people, and starting Wednesday, I'm going to counciling once a week to try to fix my personal problems. I'm not always all pesimistic, though. I actually consider myself an "okay" person. I just take some time to warm up to someone. Trust issues. But, if you befriend me, I'm very loyal. Smart-alec, deffinitly, but caring and dedicated to my friends. (: I'm not your prettiest person. Shoulder-ish length brown hair that is normally pretty wavy. A horrid overbite ( my family can't afford braces right now ) with a huge gap between my front two teeth. Honey eyes. Glasses. Big boned, and a little on the over-weight side. 5"7 Typically wear a tee-shirt, sweat shirt and a pair of jeans. Never wear make-up, other than an occasional consealer, lip gloss and possibly mascara. But only for special occasions. Horrible skin, and I break out ALL the time. Real bad nails, and a crooked smile. Full lips, round face, chubbish cheeks. I'm a very smart person who loves to read, write, and participate in debates. I aspire to be a lawyer later on in life, so if you ever want to have an arguement with someone, just be like "Jaaazzzzzzziiiiiii, you will debate with me". I'll respond with something like "Pick a topic." I try to be as level headed as possible, although I have a bit of a temper. I always try to see both sides of the story, and try to see where people are coming from. I'm not always successful, though. I'm a little narcisitic, and self centered, and sarcastic. But I love my friends, and would beat someone up if they hurt any of my dear friends. Seriously.
OH, And I hate improper grammar, stupid questions like "What if the sky was the color of my toe nail", being ignored, being pestered to reply to threads after like ten minutes since my last reply, rat dogs you just want to kick in the face, etc/
I don't think I left too much to the imagination, and I'll be periodically editing this. If you do have a question about me, though, or want to get to know me, just shoot me a message or post a thread. I'll reply as soon as I can, and as honestly as possible. So go ahead. I don't bite. -x- Randomness -x- steal this and i swear to god, someone will get slapped :D. this is the prologue to the novel i'm writing. A tear danced down my cheek as I glanced out the window. The car was silent in our last stretches of highway, and too soon I knew that I would be home. With each green sign, another tear shot down until we finally reached the Candance Lake exit. It took her up until then to clear her voice. When she spoke, I cringed in pain. “Do you think your mama would let you stay with me a little while longer?” I heard the lull of her voice, yet I couldn’t really understand what she had just said. Did she really just ask if I could come with her? Or was I just making things up to comfort my broken self? I didn’t know, but still I answered with what would seem to be a reasonable response. “I’m sure she would. I mean, she’d probably love to get rid of me,” I murmured between sniffles, raising my gaze to the seat across from me, where she sat. “We are almost to your home, Bubba. Why don’t you ask her?” So I had been hearing right. My heart skipped a beat as my eyes brightened and I nodded eagerly, just as we turned into the trailer park. As soon as we reached the white sided trailer that I’d been staying at, I opened the door. Nonnie hadn’t even parked before the time I flung myself out of the van and took a dash for the house. I opened the door quickly, and it slammed to the wall inside. That alarmed my other grandma, who trotted out like a puppy. “What’s wrong, dear?” she asked me, although I didn’t answer. I was on a mission. Still running, I turned down the hallway that lead to my brother’s room. I opened the wooden door just as quickly as the first, and stumbled to a halt just inside the small room. “Mom, Mom, Mom!” I heard myself say as I slowly made the way to the bed where she laid hap-hazzardly, her limbs jutting at weird angles. “Wake up Mom!” With each word, more and more intensity crowded my voice, and by the time she opened her eyes mine were filling with tears again. “Yes, your home,” she replied to me, as if I was just there to announce my return. “Nonnie has to ask you something. Come on, hurry up!” She seemed to pick up on my tone then, and she scrambled up from the bed and stumbled a few paces, still ninety-five percent asleep. I smiled to myself, whipping the tears from my chestnut eyes before dashing back down the hall. “Tammy, what’s wrong with her?” my grandmother asked, although I didn’t hear her response as I exited the house, skipping down to the parked mini-van. By this time, I was a little out of breath. Trying to catch my breath, I motioned Nonnie to come out of the car with my hand. She did, and I smiled before I murmured that she was coming out. “Linda, Goose said you had something to ask me?” The voice came from behind me, and it was a little groggy, as if she was still trying to clutch being awake, like I was sure she was. Nonnie smiled and nodded curtly, taking her gaze from me to my mom. “I was wondering if I could steal her for a little bit. Maybe a week or two? I’m headed off to go traveling, and she said you wouldn’t mind if she came as company to me. Would you?” she asked kindly, the southern twang of her voice quite noticeable. My mother contemplated the idea for a moment, before looking at me. She must have seen that I had really wanted to go, and she smiled. “Of course she can, Linda. I trust you with her,” she replied, as if I was a little kid who couldn’t take care of herself. Nonnie’s bright blue eyes glowed as she turned her gaze to me. I met it with a warm, thankful smile. “Go grab some clothes, Bubba. At least enough for a week,” she instructed me, and I dashed back into the house as my mom and her conversed about In Case Of Emergencies. When I got inside the house, there my grandma was. She looked a little frusterated at me, but I only smiled. “I’m going with Nonnie. I gotta pack,” I announced before skidding down the hallway to my room. I didn’t pack very well. My laundry hadn’t been done in about a week and a half, so basically I just threw in a large bag whatever I had clean. In a smaller bag, I packed a few books, my IPod and my phone charger. When everything was in a bag, I took it in my arms and scurried back out the door and to her car, where the three women now sat, conversing kindly. I grinned. “Nonnie, where do you want me to put this stuff?” I asked, and nodded as she pointed to the back seat. I shoved it in as soon as I opened the door to the car, and sighed, finally taking a moment to collect myself. I didn’t know where I was going, but I knew that it would be fun, wherever. A roar of another engine clouded my senses, and there was my grandfather, who was climbing out of the car. He looked a little confused, but soon joined into the conversation with the others. I looked over to them, and my mom caught my eye. “Go get your brother,” she told me, before I nodded and went off in search of him. I found him in his room, playing his newest video game. Big surprise. “Mom wants you outside,” I called in, and watched as he paused his game before scampering over to me. “Why?” he asked. “I’m leaving with Nonnie soon. She probably just wants you to be out when I say goodbye,” I responded excitedly before racing back out of the door.
Everyone crowded around the car, me at the center. I had just finished saying goodbye, and everyone looked like they were going to cry or something, which made me smile. “Ready Bubba?” Nonnie asked. I nodded, a bright, gleaming smile burning across my face. “Of course. Bye guys!” With that, I escaped to the other side of the car, opened the door and sat in the passenger’s seat. Nonnie climbed in on the other side, and started the engine. I waved my last wave to my other family, before we pulled out of the driveway.
We were on our way. I wasn’t sure where we were going, but this moment of bliss was enough to make me smile.
