This is the new Joining Thread for the Renegade Regime, please make sure to follow the following Guidelines.-- We only accept rogue names! No clan-cat names unless given permission. -- Remember that 'Origin' and 'Veteran' are titles, not positions. You may roleplay a she-cat in Post Kilo using the Origin title, but Veterans are specifically given the title for their long service to the Regime. -- Bios should not be less than four sentences long We Are currently Accepting the following positions: - Mercenaries (Battle) - Scouts (Hunting/Border Patrol) - Cadets (Apprentices; either Scout cadet or Mercenary cadet) - Tykes (Kits) FORMAT: Position: Cat's Name: Rp'd by: Bio: Example :: Mercenary Cadet Helix Rped by Dappledkit Brutal, quiet, and sincere. A tom made for brute strength, it was obvious Helix was going to be a Mercenary from the day he was born. Dark tabby colored brown fur covers his body, except for his tail, which happens to be tipped in white. Helix was not born and raised in the Regime, though he had heard stories about it as a kit. This tom's claws are nice and sharp, perfect for tearing, though he has a gentler side to him as well. His personality is bright and radiant, though he sometimes prefers to keep to himself. He loves spending time in the tunnels, and hopes that he will some day find a mate to love and care for. Do you find this valuable?

Mercenary CadetFlame Rped by Bluestarlover12 A bright orange tom cat with pericing green eyes.He is small but he uses his size against bigger opponents he is also very muscular when he walks you can can see them under his sleek pelt.He has a temper when he is angry at someone he will not stop until he has hunted them down and killed or he has made them pay for messing with him.He does not give up easily he has gone into the tunnels once he made it out he hopes that when he goes into the tunnels for his assessment he makes it out he is kind of scard of the tunnels.He has black stripes going around his front paws and around his muzzle the tip of his tail and his back paws are black. The tom is always willing to learn and assist those in need. Though his loyalties can be questioned, he is no doubt; a good cat at heart. Valor was a loner in the past, and his social skills are quite extraordinary for a cat who's been alone most of his life. This young tom has the personality that could be considered charming, and very cunning. In it's own professional way, Valor can easily bend a situation to work for him. He is a tom with a mask that lives for others, but truthfully; he lives for himself, and perhaps only afew others. Do you find this valuable? |

Henna is a go-with-the-flow kind of cat, one who is very laid back and gentle even, very much unlike her twin, Jazzy. She's a cat who you can trust to have your back, but she's very soft spoken. Her oppinions are always kept to herself, and, if you really think about it, she is very concealed to the world. Sure, she's kind, but she's never been one to talk about herself. If she was in a world of hurt, no one would know, as she is very good at hiding things. Henna is very smart cat, and very quick on her feet. She adores kits, and one day wishes to have her own. Mercenary Kasse Rped by Neonessence Jazzy, a cat of many words. One who is oppinionated, and will not by any chance let anyone other than herself get the last word. Kasse is one of those cats who thinks she's always right. She's pretty self-centered, but if she was asked to prove something, chances are she could. For example, as a tyke, her father always doubted that she would accomplish anything in life because she was so pig headed. He frowned on her, and always favored little Miss Perfect Henna. That, my friend, disgusted her, and, just to prove him wrong, she did, in fact, do something in life. She developed a raw, natural tallent for fighting. In kit tussles, 99% of the time, Kasse came out on top. She was built for the fight, you see, with strong, corded limbs and sharp claws that she isn't hesitant to use, making her good for being a mercenary. She's kind of hot headed, as well, making her quick to jump down a cat's throat, or quick to fight things out. Kasee is a twin, although you'd never guess it if the two she-cats didn't look so similar. You see, she's almost an exact match of Henna, down to the exact shade of eye color. The only thing separating the two is that Kasse is a very muscular cat, while her sister is not. And, of course, her personality. She absolutely hates it when cats compare her to her sister though, and if you do, you'll be lucky if you come out with two eyes. And one last thing, Kasse doesn't care who you think you are, if you mess with her or her friends, you're done. Just a general statement, making her very loyal. Do you find this valuable? |

Scout CadetDrazzle Rped by cuppycakewithfrostin A petite Siamese with no muscle mass, you're right when you assume that she's a drag in battle. What she lacks in the physical area she makes up for in her mental state. I'm not one for bragging, so I won't say she's the smartest cat ever to walk the earth, but this she-cat isn't dull. Her senses are sharp and she has an uncanny ability to remain calm in situations that would otherwise send others into a panic. Mostly her choices and actions are for the best, but the one thing that drags Drazzle down is her temper. If engaged in an argument, or if someone/something is bothering her, the phrase "blinded by anger" would be the most appropriate thing to describe her as. It'd be fruitless to try and calm her when she's in one of her rages; no matter what you say, you'll always be wrong, even if you're right. She's keeps a tightly-knitted circle of friends, and getting into that circle is a bit tricky sometimes. Don't get me wrong; she loves talking to other cats, but she holds "friend" as a very high status. At the moment, Drazzle doesn't plan on every getting a mate or having kits: nothing about the idea appeals to her. Most likely, the closest cats she'll ever have will be her friends. Legion is brave unlike many, he is not afraid to put his life in danger for others. He is quite young, he hasn't thought of having a mate and kits. Though he would like a mate in time. He has light golden eyes that look kinda creepy at night. They almost look like hawk eyes. His parents were kind to him and loves him. They both dies of old age. Do you find this valuable? |

MercenarySILVER {rped by longc55} A bright silvery she-cat with the beauty of a thousand stars which seem to already twinkle in her fur. She is graceful and has a slender, petite body. Her eyes are wide blue orbs, and her coat is long and flowing with dark grayer markings. She is a lot of a tomboy, and constantly shows her hatred towards she-cat's and their girly ways. She doesn't hate everyone as much as it seems, it's just that her anger can blaze unintentionally to the point where it can get out of control. She is persistant and grumpy, and never walks away from a challenge, arguement, or fight without getting her way. She is an excellent hunter, and a... Fair, fighter. Sometimes. She never gives anyone her true side, which is sweet, soft and caring. She is very cocky at times and makes fun of others because she loves their reactions unless they aren't moved by it at all. She doesn't seem to have a care in the world, but secretly, she hides her true feelings and wishes. She is also quite strong and brave, but her temper usually overpowers her abilities and makes her less then who she really is. Do you find this valuable? |

Mercenary CadetOdysseus Roleplayed by Thunderstriking A man who lost his way at the end of the Trojan War and spent ten years getting back to his home in Greece. A man who encountered monsters and men of all kinds. That is the Odysseus in the tale by the poet Homer who lived over three thousand years ago. This is the Odysseus who lives in Renegade Regime, a tom who is about as interesting as the man he was named for in his heroic tale. Odysseus is a quiet tom that doesn't generally speak his mind and keeps his thoughts to himself and himself only. Despite this, he is intelligent and full of intellect as well as ambition. He is a quick learner, and loves to fight. He is actually quite a gentle cat who knows how to calm someone down. Even though he has never seen a cat, he can detect emotions better than pretty much any cat. Odysseus is particularly good in the tunnels. Why is that? He is a tom with dark, yet rich golden fur and blind amber eyes. He has wiry, thin limbs that allow him to run great distances, although it's rare to see him use them since usually he simply find his way around the tunnels and finds no need to run. Darkness is a given to him, and he has become accustomed to embrace the swirling blackness always in his mind. He is skilled in the tunnels because he can simply feel his way around by scent and sound. This helps, as you may see the shape of this tom staying close to the tunnel walls, scenting out his way to camp or something along the lines of that. In the face of fear, he is particularly brave, as he can't see but only imagine the challenge that lie ahead. He's never experienced anything by sight, so he relies on what he can see in his mind to guide him. This leads to a very active imagination, and he sometimes scares himself by doing so. But Kara starved to death, leaving a deep scar on Dota. The young kitten wandered the streets, lost and alone. She finally fell upon Renegade Regime, and settled again quickly. Dota loves everyone, and believes in forgiveness and more chances. She's not quick to judge, and will always listen when you have a confession. Shadow ~ Darkness. Black. Shadows. All he’s knows his life. Blindness, in the dark depths of the tunnels of the Regime. Oh, he was never born with the blood of the Regime pumping through his veins. His mother was a rogue, his father a kittypet. His fur is very long a fluffy, a trait draw from his father, the long coat of the common house cat. From his mother he obtained his eyes. His right eye is a pure black, like a chunk of obsidian replaced the color of the eye. His left is pure white, like milk. Both are blind. His fur is both the one color he’s seen as he wanders his League and the exact opposite. Most of his pelt is a fluffy, ruffled black, but in splashes and patches he has white thrown in. Let’s begin at a closer look at his face. First off, his left eye is white, but the area around his eyes is pure white as well. His muzzle is white as well along with his ear fur and the lower part of his ears. The tips and inside, though, are still pitch black. Now his paws. His claws, that rest in the black-and-white sheathes, are snow-colored and extremely long. All but his toes are a slim white, the only section of his fur he constantly keeps sleek. For his tail the very end is the color of his left eye. On his back there is a ruffled stripe that runs from his muzzle to partway up his tail. And a splash of white tops him off on his chest. He may not look the part, but Shadow is a loyal, brave, intelligent, and tough opponent. What is that? Who’s Shadow? Why the cat you see before you. Did I forget to mention that? Oh well. Now you know. But I bet you’re now wondering of his past. Well, let’s start with the beginning, his parents. His mother had chased a squirrel to TwolegPlace and didn’t realize until she rammed into the fence of one of the houses. Curious, the kittypet living there went to take a look. A fluffy black tom and his father. It was love at first sight. They met every day for many moons until his medium-furred, white mother became pregnant. (TBC)

His father was proud, but his mother was insistent on his growing up with neither of his parents in his life. So she lived in the tunnels for a moon before kitting, though a moon early. Because of that he was born blind, but his mother never knew. A group of rash, inexperienced scouts and mercenaries stumbled upon mother and child and murdered her, taking the kit to Commander Kiro. At first the half-kittypet, half-rogue child grew up distant from the others, not partaking in the aggressive games of the older kits. His blindness prevented him from behaving like the others, so he became an outcast. But he found himself attracted by the dank tunnels and shadowy coves that served as the Regime’s home, so he stayed. As he grew older he quickly joined the other kits in wrestling and games that involved physicality. And he was good at it. He quickly turned his whole life around. He rapidly gained popularity within the League but still didn’t feel like he was quite happy. Then he heard there was need of a new Mercenary Head Cadet. He jumped at the opportunity, ready to do almost anything to get that position. He knew he could do it. But his instinct was incorrect and another achieved the position. But he is far past that now. The rest of his life story, though, is left to be unfolded. He may be blind, nothing but a kittypet’s son, a rogue’s offspring. But he still can hold his own. And put himself on the path he was destined to follow. This is only the first few pages of the book that is his past, present, and future. Will you read the rest? Rped by BluestarRocks!

Generally, he is very kind to all cats, but he can be very brutal should the need arise, even if he is training to be a Scout. Arbor loves to talk to the Veterans and listen to their stories of "when they were his age". His "soft" soul, however, does not get in the way of his duties. Do you find this valuable? |

TykeJoker-tyke [is that right?] Rped by LittleSilver She was unjustly named; or so she believes; well - she's not a prankster and although she loves to laugh and might crack a joke from time to time - she's not a joker. Her heart is as black as the filled-in circles around her bold, but still secretive, blue eyes. The ones that are so empty you can get lost in them. Her claws are as sharp as her icy tongue; the one that will lash out at you easily.. Her temper is as hot as a summer day and flares up like a fire on a pile of logs. She snaps a lot and is supremely harsh, and if you're that annoying she's mean and hurtful. She doesn't give out love and in return doesn't expect, but deep in her heart you might find a tiny bit of hope for a future mate, maybe kits. But honestly, Joker's doubtful. No one shows interest in her and she's perfectly fine, although she might seem sad at times. She thinks she might be bipolar or something, so it's not that easy for her to be friendly when she's got a reason to be angry. Joker's soft, beautiful ivory fur clashes with the aforementioned filled-in black fur surrounding her eyes and the black fur reaching from her paws up to the middle of her long legs. Also, the frayed end of her long, waving tail is black, completing the colors that define Joker. Boring black and white, but the splash of color is in her mind. She's stubborn and can be a little obnoxious. But get close enough to her, be her friend, and the ice encasing her heart will melt. She's a funny, amazing friend, but a ferocious, dangerous fighter, with sharp, short claws and teeth to watch out for. Overall, she's got conflicting emotions but is secretly hiding an amazing she-cat. But let's get one thing straight: she is /not/ a joker. Do you find this valuable? |

Scout CadetDezzi Rped by jazz♥ A wayward little creature, who has a rough time staying on the straight and narrow. She's always getting in trouble, this cat, and often times for nothing. She's just got a way of drawing the bad things to her, if you know what I mean. She's doesn't /mean/ to be a trouble maker, she just is. Its in her nature. Its also in her nature to be very impulsive and spazzic, and to make rash desicions rushed. She doesn't give herself enough time to think about the consiquences, ever, she just jumps into the fire, expecting to get burned. That's just Dezzi. She's a little hyper-active, some times, and most cats consider her ADHD. She has concentration issues at times, and has an eye for anything "shiny". Dezzi is a cat that pulls a lot of attention to herself, even though she never means to. Other than when she's scolded, all that attention is good though, and many like her for some reason she doesn't quite comprehend. She's not a "people person", but she's very popular. She isn't a very muscular cat, nor is she a good fighter. Instead, she is an impressive hunter. As soon as she's in the hunt, her ADHD symptoms go away, and she's not easily distracted until she has her kill. Dezzi is a tawny cat, one with one blue eye, and one green. Do you find this valuable? |
