I don't know if I just didn't see it or if it isn't there. What are the rules for thread posting as far as who can post them and what content are they allowed to have? Do you find this valuable?

Anyone is allowed to post threads. As for content rules 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 12, 13 and probably others would apply. Do you find this valuable?
