Activity: About a 9.5 {and rising} . It was a 10, but school is mean. Past Positions: Leader of PondClan - March 2011 through June of 2011. Leader of PondClan - October 2011 through February 2012. Current Positions: MCA of BrookClan. Why should I lead Lithium: For awhile I've watched Lithium. I've felt powerless to help it. I tried, messaging the former staff many times, to get them to be active. I can't stand to watch such a young group, who never really had a chance to shine, go inactive. As the activity slipped I became more desperate. I love PondClan with everything I am and I've helped it become it's most active, but Lithium needs someone. I know I could help Lithium. I have experience. I know how to work it. And I know how to resurrect clans. Lithium isn't lost for good, it just needs help. And I'd like to be that help. I could have asked to take it over, but it wouldn't have been fair. I want to earn this right to care for Lithium, just like everyone else. Her life is pretty standard: born to a good family, abandoned, roamed alone, found weak and sick on Lithium territory, and rose up to be their exalted. All of it is old news however. But if you really want to know, she’ll tell you. Nidrea was born as a kittypet named Mo with her siblings Meg, Justin, Melanie and Butterfly. Her sleek black pelt and large yellow eyes were completely opposite of her siblings white pelt and blue eyes. Strat and Mimi, her parents, were also white furred and blue eyed. She was born to a cat breeder, one who specialized in white cats and blue eyes. The breeder despised the little black kitten for ruining her white streak but she adored her siblings. Meg, her oldest sister, learned to feel contempt for her from the breeder. Her parents tried to keep everyone close but even they seemed frightened of her. At just two moons old she had no idea why she was so different. The breeder wouldn’t let her around her siblings and often kept her locked in a cage. Many times Nidrea heard muttered twoleg words like ‘drown’. She didn’t know what that meant until much later. Strat became increasingly aggressive towards his daughter until he kept even Mimi away. Nidrea had no choice at this point: she would have to leave. But she couldn’t just yet; at only three moons old it’d be crazy to leave. Through the bars of her prison she watched her siblings play and grow, but Nidrea never grew much. Sometimes Melanie and Butterfly would sneak her extra food because they alone knew she wasn’t some sort of demon. With the extra food and sheer stubbornness she survived, kept locked and unloved in her cage. Slowly, oh so slowly, things began to change. First the dreams came. At night starry cats with loving expressions would speak to her about not giving up. She would try to smile and nod, promising with everything she had. However the lady wasn’t selling them because she had ‘other plans’ for them. Meg looked excited but Melanie and Butterfly looked resigned. That’s when Nidrea decided that she’d have to get her two youngest sisters out as well. Third came the breeder. One day she just simply let Nidrea out. Melanie had called ‘Mo!’ out joyously and bounded right over, Butterfly at her heels. For three days the sisters lived happily and Nidrea thought, just maybe, she could stay here. One night, sleeping in the comfort of the basket the breeder grabbed Nidrea, she yowled in terror as she was dangled over a large body of water. But the twoleg just dropped her in. The crushing water rushed all around her and she sank towards the bottom. Then the star cats came. One of them, a rusty colored she-cat, meowed gently, “Mo, kick, like you’re playing with Butterfly or Melanie.” Nidrea, in the haze of panic, obeyed and found herself rising again. Another, silver, star cat meowed frantically, “get out of the water and run, and don’t stop.” Then the black one spoke, “Butterfly and Melanie will follow.” Crying tears that vanished in the water she listened, exploding from the water with a furious hiss she sprang onto the rough ground and ran, tripping over her own paws as she did so. Nidrea risked a glance back and saw the breeder standing there, looking completely frozen with shock, and racing across the lawn were Melanie and Butterfly. Hurriedly the three sisters disappeared under the fence and forever left the lives of Meg and the horrible breeder. For days afterward they wondered around, scared of everything. The six moon old cats had never left their twoleg den and now they were out in the midst of a huge twolegplace. Nidrea, who was the size of a smaller kit, took charge then. Continued. It was a miserable existence, brought down by the hunger that attacked them. After four days they were too weak to move and simply stayed in a moldy box, waiting to die. That’s when Rea and Night appeared. The two cats attacked the kits at first, until they realized they were just little kits. Then Rea’s motherly side kicked in and she demanded Night, her mate, to find food. Nidrea, Melanie and Butterfly were frightened but allowed Rea to care for them. Night brought back something that they later learned was a rat. And they settled into eat. They stayed like that four weeks, a comfortable sort of family, living in the alleys of twolegplace. But at night Nidrea would dream of trees and cats and then the starry cats would appear and remind her ‘don’t give up’. Nidrea began to ignore them, wanting to stay with Rea and Night, who had, in her mind, taken on the role of parents. But Rea and Night were not what they seemed. Once, not so very long ago, they’d been friends with a murderous cat named Slash. They’d killed to. But once Slash disappeared in his twisted quest to kill his son they’d realized what they’d done and have since sought to atone for it. That’s why they took in Melanie, Butterfly, and Nidrea. But another rogue, Willa, was looking for them because she had a score to settle. Willa attacked in the night, slashing Night’s throat first. Rea awoke and hid the kittens, telling them that she loved them and that if they only went north awhile more they’d meet the forest. “Good night,” she’d whispered before turning away. Then she fought, and fought bravely, but Willa won in the end. Nidrea watched, her sisters hiding their faces, as Rea was murdered. After that Willa simply walked away and the kits were again alone. That’s when it happened. The name Nidrea didn’t occur to her until much later but her final goodbye always stuck with her. “Night Night,” Butterfly whispered to Night. Then, together, they walked away from Rea and Night. It took them another week to reach the forest Rea had spoken about, and then her life truly began. All this time the sisters had needed help but now it was just them. In that moment Nidrea truly grew up. She herded her sisters through the forest, dodging strange smells and possible danger. But they never expected to see cats everywhere. They found themselves constantly surrounded by cats, all of which lead them to ‘camp’ where they were introduced to the leader. The names of these places were things like DayClan, BrookClan, PondClan, The Tribe, but each time she turned away. In her heart the name just wasn’t right. During the nights the starry cats would visit, telling her she was increasingly close. It wasn’t until she was found by a Lithium cat that the strange hollowness in her was lifted. This cat took her and her sisters to camp and Nidrea was breathless. Never had a place felt so right. She’d never seen this place but she instantly knew, without a doubt, that this was home. The leader, which was actually called the exalted, asked for their names. Immediately her sisters, looking completely terrified, introduced themselves as Butterfly and Melanie. But she didn’t want to say Mo. That cat was gone. The one who had huddled in the cage crying had long since been replaced by this cat. One who’d been almost killed, seen death, and protected the remains of her family. ‘Night Rea’, the memory flashed into her mind from nowhere. “Nidrea,” she proclaimed, not missing a heartbeat in which she was asked her name. It didn’t matter that her coat was the dark of the night or that her eyes were the color of warm butterscotch. In a matter of moon her and her sisters were completely settled in. Already she loved Lithium more than she ever thought she could. Her world was Lithium and she promised that Lithium would always be hers. Nidrea’s devotion was silently noticed as she grew. As if overnight Nidrea found herself as the exalted of Lithium. It was unbelievable that she’d be so far from the tiny kit in a cage. But here she was, leading a group she’d die for. The name Lithium is forever burning in her heart, for its hers now. She doesn’t hide her origins of her journey to get here, she uses it. Never, ever, will she let someone feel so completely helpless. Never will another kitten be cast away. To this day not a day goes by where she doesn’t think of Meg, Justin, Mimi and Strat and wish they had loved her. Not a day goes by where she doesn’t think of Rea and Night: her saviors, teachers, parents and namesake. Her undying love for them all, no matter how much they hated her, proves her good heart. Nidrea uses the lessons she learned every day, and that is just what Lithium needed. Your cat's description : Drake a charming, jet black tom with light green eyes. He is large compared to other cats, and usually uses this as an advantage on other's when in battle. He has a unique style of fighting, making his next moves in battle unpredictable. Drake isn't ever to be underestimated, he tries his best to be the best Exalted Lithium has ever seen. Drake has a unique personality that makes others respect him and his decisions. Drake is willing to do anything to make Lithium the top group for once. Lithium deserves it and in his power they will earn it. Great leaders bring others to where they should be, and that is what Drake intends on doing. Your activity on WCC2 : 6-8 weekdays and 8-10 week ends. They would have been frightening if the kindness wasn’t evident in them. They peered around before seeming to shrink back. A shifting of leaves could be heard and a small black cat, walking regally, stepped out, accompanied by two white-furred, blue-eyes she cats. “Nidrea, really?” One of them inquired of the black one. Her voice sounded resigned, yet excitement tinged it. Nidrea nodded, “of course Butterfly, it’s not every day I’m named the exalted,” her voice sounded thankful and excited. The other, Melanie, shook her head, “I still can’t believe that!” Her words came out as a chirp, “but you have a lot of work to do.” “I know,” Nidrea replied, “and I look forward to every second of it. Lithium is my heart now.” Butterfly giggled, “you’ll have to prove that to them,” they were nearing camp now and the lot had dropped their voices to a mutter. “I know,” Nidrea repeated, sounding playfully exasperated, “and I shall. They need me,” she paused and lurched forward suddenly, crashing through the undergrowth. Upon their reunion Melanie and Butterfly noted the plump mouse. Melanie looked impressed, Butterfly looked resigned to the fact. “You’re so good at everything,” Butterfly huffed affectionately. “But I’m far from perfect,” Nidrea teased and, laughing softly, the three sisters disappeared into camp, their mysterious conversation forgotten by all three of the siblings. His light green eyes glowing. This tom took the name of Drake, the tom who is respected throughout the forest. Even the strong respect this 'great' tom. Only few, whom are brave, stand up to this tom. Trying their best to beat him, even though he usually dominates all of his opponents. Drake stood in the presence of two medium sized toms, their eyes were looking directly up to him. He walked past them, paying the two no mind what so ever. He flicked his tail to tell them to follow him. The two had no choice but to follow him so they did. Drake continued to walk the two others following close behind him."Here it is." he meowed gracefully, full of enthusiasm. He looked at a river that flowed slowly, the current in it was slim."Jump in." he ordered, with a generous smile. The drought had pretty much wiped out every little bit of water, except for this little river, or shall I say stream. Drake had traveled for one whole moon trying to find a decent water supply for his group, and for those of whom are in desperate need for water. Drake slowly padded away from the two; heading back to Lithium's camp, to tell the others that he had found a decent water supply that would fit the needs for his group and even more groups. Kanza isn't your ordinary cat. She's huge, and never takes no for an answer. Kanza is a silvery blue tabby she-cat with cold blue eyes. She has many scars from her many battles, most of which she won, sending her enemy scurrying away with its tail between its legs, if not dead. But although she can be dangerous, if you get to her good side, and remain there, she might just warm up to you, in which case she is understanding of faults, and accepting of weakness. Don't become too comfortable though, as mentioned before, Kanza isn't your average four legged friend. Her rules are firm. Break them, and well, don't expect sympathy. She is hot tempered, and can and will snap at any given moment if you push her buttons. She never truly trusts anyone, and despite coming off as a strong, fearless leader, she fears what is beyond the unknown. The unknown she can deal with, and plan ahead, but she remains paranoid that one of her closest allies will destroy her, and take all that she has worked for. Because of this, she is always on guard, which adds to her already heated temper. Nevertheless, she won't make a cat out for what its not. Kanza believes in a trust first, kill later policy. She strives to not make false assumptions about a cat without proof, and would never punish a cat of Lithium without a fair reason. Because of this along with her brutal strength many cats learn to respect her, and honor her ways. One thing she can't stand though, is a trespasser. Upon an encounter with a trespassing cat, she will send it scurrying away half dead, with its tail between its legs. Growing up and as a kit her parents were weak and had little skills to protect her leaving her to fend for herself in her earliest battles against wind and rain. This shapes the way she lives today, as she still fights and fends for herself. She believes in responsibility and individuality, and requires all Lithium cats to be able to fend for themselves. Why I want to lead Lithium: Although there are multiple reasons for my wanting to lead Lithium, one of the most prominent is wanting to show and prove that even new members can do a good job, and can help a fallen clan/group regain what it once was. I find that in different situations, admins have been chosen to take over to revive a clan, even when there was a deputy or the equivalent of one. Besides this, though, I want to help revive a fallen clan, and restore it to be better than it has before. Through roleplay, and active leadership techniques, I want to bring Lithium up both to be a popular group, and also to avoid future deletion. Lithium is a special group created by an average user, and I want to protect it, as an average user. RP Example: A silvery pelt shimmered in the moonlight, and the sound of claws unsheathing rang through the clearing. Kanza was pressed against the ground in a crouch, ready to jump at her enemy. She glared through slitted eyes, and let out a low growl. Tresspassing? On her terrritory? "Not while I'm alive." the she-cat grunted, tensions rising as she waited for the perfect moment to attack. An owl flew overhead, casting a shadow on her, giving her the perfect moment for an attack. In a heartbeat, she leapt at her victim, gliding her unsheathed claws across the tom's neck, and pinning them at the chest, using her own weight to force the cat backwards. And the battle was on. Blood turning the sand to crimson. In this case, it's teeth and claws that clash. They belong to a sandy brown Tom, with crimson tabby stripes. But what is really spine chilling about this tom is his eyes. Light silver eyes stare at you do intensely, almost bringing you to the verge of insanity. Yes his eyes can boil your blood. Fear pulses through your veins as his true personality is discovered. No, it's not a terrified kind of fear. But a loyal fear any cat would have if he was their leader. He is wise, oh so wise. Though quite young he has the wisdom of the oldest cat alive. He used to listen to stories when a youngster, he learned more and more about the world and everything in it. He is intelligent, he knows a lot that others could never comprehend. Is he a miracle? No he's just a normal cat, but a special one. He is destined to become a leader. Anybody could see the devoted leadership spirit in this young tom. Is it by fate that some find him. No, is he better then any other cat? Of course not! Centurion is very courages, willing to step in front of a two-leg monster to save the life of even a cat he doesn't know. You know why he would do this? Yes courage, wisdom, bravery. All the things a leader should possess. But one thing a leader needs most of, is patience. No leader could lead without patience. If they did, well let's just say it wouldn't work so well for them. Centurion as a young kit used to always watch the older cats, trying to esorb all he could. To learn anything available. He is quite determined to keep learning. One can never learn so much as to quit learning all together. He is devoted to serve those above him with respect, he looks up to them. His parents both were very proud of him, as an only kit they gave him alot of attention, but he was never spoiled. His parents didn't believe in spoiling their son. This tom has the claws and teeth of a tiger. Also the speed of a cheeta. He's quite skilled in both fighting and hunting. He is kind-hearted. Yet when disrespected he takes action to punish whoever did so. He wants his friends and family to trust him. If they can't he does anything to earn their trust. That is what is most important to him. Having the trust of others. He also has to find the strength to trust. Yet it can be difficult at times. When he hears cats say "Don't say sorry it's a sign of weakness." he confronts them and quotes. "Apoligizing takes strength." My Activity 10 ( I'm on every day, I'm homeschooled so I have plenty of time in here.) Past positions None Current positions: LKR manager in training I want to be Lithuims Exalted, because I'm very active and I want to contribute more to this site and clan. I know if I get this position thy it will help me to build my leadership strengths in real life and future positions thy I may get in the future. The sun beams cascaded over his pelt instantly warming him. He yawned and blinked he sleep from his eyes. He stretched and stood to his paws. His vision was blurry for a few seconds, but it soon cleared. He quickly licked a couple of ruffled strands of fur sticking up. He then padded out into the morning sunlight. Warmth showered him, even though cold gust of wind blew violently, the sun warmed him. He padded up to the fresh-kill pile and sat down. He looked down and saw it was to the point of being empty. He again stood to his paws and padded towards the entrance. His long sandy-crimson striped pelt blew in the breeze. He watched as birds flew across the sky their wings flapping, they swooped down trying to get their morning breakfast. He chuckled to himself as he padded quietly through the forest. His eyes adjusting to the slight darkness that spread through the forest. Much unlike the plains in which the suns hot rays burned the long grass until it was a light golden color. He smiled to himself as he saw a mouse feasting on a nutmeg. He crouched, his tail lashed gently back and forth. He took a couple silent steps forward, making sure they were placed perfectly as to not make any noise. As he got closer, his muscles tensed and he lunged. Landing on the mouse, he held it in his grasp for a few momments before delivering the killing blow. He slowly buried his catch and padded off to hunt some more. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

I know Lithium needs a strong and active leader to keep it going, and I can be that. I am on at least two hours a day, more on weekends. I can get a bit less active on Mondays, but I can still get on even then. I have managed clans in the past, and have been every position (both leader and healing) there is. I admit I have lost faith in my abilities in the past, but I know I can lead Lithium now. I've tried out for positions here before, but never received them. I reported the inactivity to Whitemuzzle in hopes of being able to help Lithium, and now I believe I'm being offered that chance. I can create lay-outs, keep threads going, create lay-outs, add fun ideas to help add activity, be there for Lithium. I don't really approve of people who already have leadership positions trying out for different ones, so if someone else were to get it simply because of the status they hold currently, it wouldn't be fair. I think I really can help Lithium, and I believe that it will shine again. CONT. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

His teeth clacked again and again as he let out one heart-wrenching whimper after another, salty tears tracing the dust lined face that was contorted into a mask of agony. His every fiber quivered with hurt, his every muscle yearning to lay down and give up on life. It was a struggle to stay standing, so he kept moving. Pacing the dusty ground, teardrops making darkly colored splatters as he moved, rifting up dust and familiar smells. He slid over to the wall, coughing and choking as he moved along it. He let his bloodied side making soft red streaking patterns along the jagged rock. His front paws crossed many times, tripping him repeatedly as he paced again and again. An hour passed. Two. He kept moving, kept sobbing his heart out. Finally he left the den, his eyes dead and lifeless, his dirty face having one clean streak where the tears cleaned away the foul contents that cover it. His mother died. His sister died. His father died. His brother died. And now his love, Liana had died as well. His life was worthless. His family had nothing, he was the last kin of his family that walked the earth. He had no hope of life again- or so he thought. After many days of trekking restlessly, barely eating, not bathing, he felt something. A kind of spark lit within him. He started talking softly, not the insane kind, but the inspirational kind (xD). "I can't bear the name Riptide anymore. I can't let my past influence me anymore. I need to be my own person, away from fate's control. I will bear the name Rift, the rift in the tide that causes you to be swept away. I'm going to move on and surprise everyone in that way."
